We hold  an A Class Electrical  License PGE2058XX,  and  are Trade recognised  Fitters.

Authorised  by the Commission for Consumer affairs , to perform any electrical work  required on your machines, from your incoming supply to your building  to the switch in the welding torch.

We call to your site, or fix here in our fully fitted workshop.

We carry Business and third party Liability insurance cover of $10m.

With over 38 years of experience, from  Ignatron HF crucible machines through Transformer and reactor machines to the latest inverter technology with computer control , we are able to cover all types of machines in use here in Australia

• SERVICE, WARRANTY ,REPAIR .
  Our business is to fix your machine, maximising your return on investment,  rather than sell you a new machine. This means you get impartial and independent service.

• PARTS , P.C.B.  (Control and power)  Fixes   &  CONSUMABLES

We have many racks of parts and consumables here some going back decades, from across the continents both new and S/Hand. We also carry numerous “service exchange ”  PCB,s  ( also in the service Van) for the Australian, American , Scandinavian ,Japanese and European brands sold here over the years  . These are  PCB’s  “ready to fit”  on site saving down time waiting for a repair to be done to yours . They have all been repaired in house or elsewhere in Australia. They are FULLY tested on load rigs especially designed for the purpose and usually cost half the new price of new  , if still available .

We also have a fellow Test house in the U.K for the more esoteric repairs , ———–)

• LOAN / HIRE

We have a limited number of Loan / Hire machines available should your repair incur a long waiting  time for specialist parts delivery . Please call for details.

• CALIBRATION
  We have a mobile calibration service. We come to you with Calibrated load equipment . Should your machine need adjusting to comply, we can do that, unlike others who just issue a fail certificate. We also customise the Procedure and certificate  to comply with whatever your Quality system requires. General Welding  10%   Annual,  Sub sea and  Aviation 2.5 %  3 months
• The testing equipment used is traceable to NATIONAL STANDARDS and procedure is to ISO 17662
  

Certificates and error charts are issued as an affiliate to The I.E.E, AU and Eur. This means when quoting for work under ISO, NAMAS, or B.S. the procedure and certificates conform.
